Please note: FloatGoats has no control over international duties and/or taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time
After an order is placed, we put all order items through a FloatGoats Gold Standard quality check. This processing and quality check will take up to 3 business days.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Times
Shipping times range from 12-17 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website or FloatGoats.com.
